Michele L. Doroshow, CMP, President of Hospitality Partners Unlimited, Inc. Michele brings over 20 years of experience in the meeting and special event industries to Hospitality Partners Unlimited. She earned her accreditation as a Certified Meeting Professional and is an active member of Meeting Professionals International as well as other professional event associations. Michele served on the Board of Directors of the Southern California Meeting Professionals International from 1989 – 1991.

Michele’s Non-Profit experience includes Tournament Coordinator for the LA Open working for the LA Junior Chamber of Commerce. She was responsible for managing a 25 person steering committee, 15 person golf foundation, and 1,000 person volunteer committee dedicated to tournament operations. Michele has developed and coordinated the events and meetings for some of the most prestigious Fortune 1000 companies and trade associations both here in the US and abroad.

In addition to the variety of Meetings and Trade Shows, Michele has also worked on The California and Atlanta Summer Olympic Games, The Tournament of Roses Parade, and Food and Wine Festivals. Michele holds a BA in Communication with and emphasis in film and set design from Temple University; Philadelphia, PA. Michele brings a heightened level of detail, creativity and perfection to her programs.

Douglas Werts – COO Hospitality Partners Unlimited, Inc.

A graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Business Administration and Management, Doug Werts has an extensive background in the foodservice and hospitality business. He has spent 25 years in various sales and marketing positions with Nestle. Early in his career, Doug understood the value of providing memorable events for his customers that were designed to promote long term customer intimacy and on-going business development.

For the past eight years Doug has had extensive involvement with several non profit organizations providing services which included air transportation, hotel contract negotiations, catering, and fund raising events. Doug has the unique ability to not only understand the strategic objectives of the clients, but help them to structure programs which accomplish those objectives.

Clients who have experienced his programs are all impressed with his seamless attention to detail combined with an amazing energy level. A passion for Doug is helping to create experiences for clients which they could not have had on their own.
